10 best tips for live healthy

We are constantly bombarded with advice and tips for living an active and healthy life. We often are left with no action because we are too overwhelmed and unable to make the change! Below are 10 simple and somewhat unconventional tips to start improving your health and overall well-being.

1. Preparation:Preparation might not seem like a traditional health tip, but it really is the foundation on which to build good habits, which then determine your results. Start with a notebook and begin “predicting what the future holds for you” by making your own plan of action that involves all areas that you live in. Find out which aspects of your life aren’t functioning and write down the useful strategies to get closer to your goals.

For instance, I workout at least three times per week Eat 5+ servings of fruit and vegetables each day (write out what food items I am eating to eat and at what time) and manage my  InstantFood Fruits & Veggies Vitamins   stress amounts by reading one hour each day.

This advice is all about making sure you are aware of precisely what you must do to accomplish your desires.

2. Accountability

If we are beginning a new habit or routine is when we need some motivation to start. I don’t like using the terms willpower and motivation since they are such fickle emotions that can fluctuate on a day to day basis. We don’t need willpower in order to wash our teeth every morning, nor do we in order to maintain healthy habits!

It’s important to clarify your goals first with some action steps and then begin to implement it. I suggest consulting with a professional to help you develop a plan and to keep you accountable. This is very beneficial, particularly until you are in a position where habit has taken over.

3. Avoid “Diets”

Who hasn’t heard of the cabbage soup diet or have they tried a bizarre diet that eliminated 90% of your regular foods! Dieting or going on some diet that is drastically different from your normal eating routine can create a recipe for failure. Sure, in the short-term, you might lose a few pounds. But I’m sure within a few weeks of having stopped your “diet” you will gain back most, if certainly more weight than you did before. The fact is “diets” are not pleasurable or practical, so they aren’t sustainable. We really do know what “good” foods are however due to a the lack of time and understanding about how to cook certain foods, we choose to take shortcuts. Aim to start introducing more “good” food items in your diet.

4. Eat right

In conjunction with tip 3 it is important to fuel your body with appropriate nutrients. Aim to have a big healthy breakfast with protein, a small amount of carbohydrates , and some fat. For instance, 2 eggs, toast with wholegrain and 2 small scoops avocado. This kind of breakfast can keep you going through the day. Eat every 3-4 hours or when your body needs it. Some people favor the high protein diet as it makes them feel more energetic and certain people prefer light meals. Talk to a professional for more assistance.

5. Cardio Exercise

Any healthy strategy does not include exercise! Exercise is so important in living a healthy life of energy, getting older and gaining a healthier. It can affect all areas of your life, such as your sleeping patterns, stress levels and digestion. Experiment with various forms of exercise to find what you prefer. Try to perform some type of cardio every day, resistance training and the flexibility exercises several times per week (stretches or yoga) to build an overall healthier body.

As most of us lead very busy lives It is the sleep to be sacrificed so that we can get more to our daily lives. Insufficient and poor quality sleep may result in an impaired immune system and can make you more susceptible to fatigue, illness and increased stress. A majority of adults need between 6 and 8 hours of quality sleep per night. You can determine how much sleep leaves you feeling alert and vibrant the next day. Make sleep a priority by allowing yourself to unwind at the end every night in a manner that is suitable for you.

7. Digestion

Digestion is really the cornerstone of good health. If you’re not having good digestion, then your body cannot absorb the nutrients that are in your food. A healthy bowel can reduce ailments and make you feel and looking healthier. If you are experiencing constipation, you may get headaches and even muscle and joint discomfort. The digestive system is in communication with the rest of your body and has an impact positively on the overall health. If you feel you are getting clogged, begin increasing fiber in your diet gradually. Take 1.5-2 Liters of water each day to aid in moving things forward and begin looking at your daily routine for areas that can contribute to unsatisfied bowel. Stress, eating when distracted, certain foods and inactivity can be all the causes.

8. Stress

Stress in general can be beneficial for us since it motivates us to keep going forward and achieve your goals. I’m not going recommend taking a bath or getting massages to relieve stress, as these are not long term fixes. The answer lies in examining your life and determining which aspects of your life you are feeling out of control. The happiness we experience in life is directly related to the degree of control we feel we have in our lives. If you’re worried about feeling overweight, then do something about it! If your relationship is making you feeling exhausted and discontent You must take a major decision for your health long-term. Stress management is an ongoing process of managing your lifestyle to feel an increased sense of control.
